Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Coordinating with other departments or teams to ensure consistency and synergy across processes
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the process, including its purpose, outputs, and the actions required to deliver these outputs- Ensuring all tasks within the process are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Managing process-related risks and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Ensuring process documentation is kept up-to-date and is accessible to relevant stakeholders
Training and supporting team members in the execution of the process.- experience in CRM and advance excel is good to have.
