Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Pre Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in building relationships and sourcing leads from architects, construction companies, infrastructure firms, real estate developers, and interior design companies. As a Pre Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing leads, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, construction firms, infrastructure companies, real estate developers, and interior design firms.
- Identify and qualify leads from the above-mentioned sectors, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-up to nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales pipeline and activities to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-8 years in sales, preferably in a pre sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with architects, construction firms, real estate developers, and interior design companies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
