Pre Sales Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Pre Sales Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the pre-sales process, identifying customer needs, and creating technical solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept evaluations
• Provide technical support to customers during the sales process
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and RFP responses
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and competitors

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science
• 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working with sales teams
• Familiarity with CRM and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
