JobSummary:

The Pre-Sales Manager /Solution Consultant will play a critical role in the sales process by providingdeep technical and business expertise to help our sales team win new business. This role involvesunderstanding customer needs, creating tailored solutions, and effectively demonstrating productcapabilitiestoprospectiveclients.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.TechnicalExpertise:

Developin-depthknowledgeofourproductsandsolutions.

Staycurrentwithindustrytrendsandadvancementsintechnology.

2.CustomerEngagement:

Collaboratewiththesalesteamtounderstandcustomerrequirementsandobjectives.

Conductneedsassessmentsandgatherdetailedcustomerrequirements.

Provideconsultativetechnicalandbusinessexpertisetoprospectsandcustomers.

3.SolutionDevelopment:

Designandproposetailoredsolutionsthatmeetcustomerneedsandalignwiththeirbusinessgoals.

Createanddelivercompellingproductdemonstrationsandpresentations.

Developproof-of-conceptprojectsandcustomizeddemos.

4.SalesSupport:

AssistthesalesteaminrespondingtoRFPs,RFIs,andtechnicalinquiries.

Createtechnicaldocumentation,proposals,andpresentations.

Actasatechnicaladvisorandadvocateforcustomersduringthesalesprocess.

5.CollaborationandCommunication:

Workcloselywithproductmanagement,engineering,andsupportteamstoensurecustomerrequirementsareaddressed.

Providefeedbacktoproductdevelopmentteamsoncustomerneedsandproductenhancements.

Communicateeffectivelywithbothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders.

6.Post-SalesTransition:

Assistinthetransitionofnewcustomerstotheimplementationandsupportteams.

Ensureasmoothhandoverandmaintaincustomersatisfactionduringtheonboardingprocess.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience/InformationTechnology,orarelatedfield.

Experience:

5+yearsofexperienceinapre-sales,solutionconsulting,orsimilarcustomer-facingtechnicalrole.

Proventrackrecordofsuccessinapre-salesortechnicalsalessupportrole.

TechnicalSkills:

Strongunderstandingofsoftwaresolutions,cloudtechnologies,andenterpriseITenvironments.

Proficiencyincreatinganddeliveringtechnicalpresentationsandproductdemonstrations.

Familiaritywithrelevantindustrystandardsandtechnologies(e.g.,SaaS,PaaS,IaaS).

SoftSkills:

Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.

Strongproblem-solvingabilitiesandaconsultativeapproach.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
