Position Title: Plant HR Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Plant HR Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Indore. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Industrial Relations (IR): Manage IR issues effectively, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and negotiations with employee representatives or unions.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Time Office Management: Oversee timekeeping, attendance management, and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR analytics, providing insights for decision-making.
- Health and Safety: Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience: 4-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
