Urgent Requirement for the post of Pharma sales

Exp - 0 to 7 years

Loc - Mumbai Malad

Job description:

Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to close

Create and deliver sales presentations to showcase offerings

Should be responsible to understand all client requirements & propose a suitable solution using company's products and services.

Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly business goals.

Should have/build deep level understanding of pharma markets demands and trends.

Ensure maximum conversion rates through sales efforts.

Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required.

Direct selling experience to National & International enterprises.

Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum sales efficiency.

Continuously analyse sales metrics and find ways to improve performance

Experience presenting and demonstrating the product at industry events

Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.

Should have the ability to negotiate with clients who are using competition and handle objections with ease.

Understand the clients business use case/industry and volume potential.

Always understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives.

Apply both strategic go-to-market models and more tactical approaches aimed at growing profitable Enterprise engagements and revenue base.

Drive sales growth through the creation of Enterprise strategy, sales management, and strategic leadership

Responsible for company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of markets revenue generation from Enterprise Sales vertical

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, especially in the medical education and training space

Requirements:

Experience in medical/pharma/healthcare sales

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects

Persistent, driven, and resilient

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office

Knowledge of the medical education and healthcare training industry

Relevant degree in business, marketing, or related field
