We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced PGT English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Responsibilities
Create and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
Develop and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success
Participate in school-wide events and initiatives
Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents/guardians as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or Education
2-4 years of experience teaching English at the PGT level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong classroom management skills
In-depth knowledge of English literature and grammar
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
Familiarity with technology and its use in the classroom
Willingness to participate in professional development and training
