Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to parents on academic and personal issues
• Develop and implement programs to promote mental health and well-being
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify and address student needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance on college and career planning
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in counseling and education

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation / Master's degree in or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in counseling or education
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with student information systems and data analysis tools
• Experience working with diverse student populations
