Proactive For Her: Performance Marketing Manager
This role will require you to:
- Develop online user acquisition strategy and manage all paid channels including Google, Facebook and Linkedin
- Analyse and optimise online campaigns against brand and growth objectives, all optimised for lead generation
- Own weekly and monthly goals on number of acquisitions and meet the user numbers & ARPU
- Scale acquisitions while reducing CPA by finding efficiencies in channels and channel-mix
- Strategise, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Display & Youtube), Facebook Ads & Linkedin Ads.
- Oversee growth in performance campaigns to meet the brand's business goals and strategies.
- Perform a thorough, contextual Keyword Research with tools/APIs and build thematic Campaigns on Google Ads.
- Work with the Design & Product Marketing teams to develop Landing Pages specific to the context of the Campaigns/Ad Groups
- Build Social campaigns and the related Ad assets in coordination with Design and Product Marketing teams.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Implement ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, dynamic landing pages and measure their effectiveness.
- Measure the Campaign performance parameters methodically on Gsheets, analyse campaign performance, compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
- Be informed on the latest trends, best practices, and standards in online advertising across demand-gen channels.
- End to end ownership lead generation through retention campaigns
- Knowledge of CRM (salesforce) is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in D2C marketing roles, with a focus on lead generation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) , and data analytics platforms. Has expertise in using tools like Branch, Appsflyer, MixPanel, Clevertap, Amplitude, Google Analytics, CRM tools etc
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and has a technical mindset, highly analytical and data driven
- Previous experience in a D2C startup environment is a plus
