Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks.
- Retention Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Execute email marketing, push notifications, and other retention-focused initiatives to engage the existing customer base.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
- Analyze test results and implement winning variations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding and experience with retention marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
