Responsibilities:
- Define and execute ads on Meta, Google and/or other networks to increase conversion rate of performance marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to onboard new customers on the application via other channels
- Take ownership of the end-to-end user lifecycle, from acquisition to onboarding to implementing various Engagement and Growth strategies to address funnel drop-offs.
- Utilize data to understand customer behaviour and derive insights for retention and engagement campaigns.
- Design hypotheses and conduct successful experiments to discover new growth avenues, identifying insights and taking appropriate actions through performance data.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, with a keen eye for errors, and work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and other teams.
- Manage any external agencies, consultants and freelancers working with us on the marketing/branding front.
Must have:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with an eye for design and creatives, are essential.
- Ensure the rapid adoption of CRM & Marketing automation tools to stay competitive.
Job location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Pay Range: 15 LPA - 20 LPA + Performance variables
