Job SummaryThe Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI). This role requires a data-driven approach to strategize, implement, and measure the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media, display advertising, and more.
Campaign Management:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage budgets, forecast costs, and allocate resources for maximum ROI.Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
SEO and SEM:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Optimize SEM campaigns to ensure high visibility and relevance.
Utilize data and analytics to identify and segment target audiences, ensuring personalized and effective marketing messages.- Develop retargeting strategies to re-engage users and convert them into customers.
Content and Creative:- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance to enhance overall marketing strategy.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and others.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEM.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
