Pega LSA Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega LSA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Pega technology and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using Pega technology. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Pega technology
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using Pega technology
• Lead technical design sessions and oversee the technical delivery of Pega projects
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Provide mentoring and training to junior team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in Pega technology
• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
• Experience with Pega PRPC version 7.x or higher
• Strong understanding of Pega implementation methodologies (Smart BPM, Agile)
• Experience with Java and J2EE technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
