Role: Enterprise Sales Manager

What youll do here:
- To analyze customer requirements, develop & demonstrate solutions, produce high quality Presentations and provide input to Product Management that directly contribute to the growth of the Company.
Primary responsibilities will be to help the sales team with their customer acquisition and revenue growth objective.- Map companys sales process with customers buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by our reps to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes.
Develop and conduct pitch and product presentations independently.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations using sandbox and live environments.
Build commercial and technical solution Proposals / RFPs / RFQs/ RFIs / Quotes / Agreements. Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.- Interact and work closely with sales, product team, solution architects and creative teams to develop proposal / presentations / demonstrations.
Provide sales support aligning to business strategy and product development.
- enterprise software sales (SaaS, PaaS, CRM), or digital ad inventory sales for an interactive ad agency, or Performance Marketing within an enterprise setting (BFSI industries are a plus).
Evaluate leads / prospects at every stage of sales process and move them through the funnel.- Good understanding of the challenges facing digital-centric organisations. Specifically able to display expertise when discussing customer data management, omni channel communication and analytics with digital-centric prospects and customers.
Good familiarity with narratives of the digital marketing world, with the ability to substantiate a point of view and /or convincingly counter category knowledge and objections.
- Interact and nurture prospect user groups and marketing users during the sales cycle towards deal closures.
Run highly consultative sales cycles with our largest customers with a focus on deep discovery, listening to customer needs and being an effective champion for their point of view in the organization.
