Experience: 4.00 + years

Salary: USD 800-1000 / month (based on experience)

Expected Notice Period: 15 Days

Shift: (GMT+10:00) Australia/Brisbane (AEST)

Opportunity Type: Remote

Placement Type: Full Time Contract for 6 Months(40 hrs a week/160 hrs a month)

Keep Consulting Group Pty Limited (Soulidify) is Looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated Outreach Specialist to engage potential clients and set up meeting appointments for the Founder. This is a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients across various industries to introduce Career365 and Soulidify services. *Includes prospective clients and referral points. For Soulidify includes at times, the targeting of companies reverse marketing candidates of superior nature
  • Set up appointments for potential leads with the founder.
  • Maintain data of new contacts, scheduled meetings, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the services offered by Career365 and Soulidify to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Identify and approach key decision-makers and influencers and tailor outreach messaging accordingly.
  • Follow up on leads through calls and emails to secure appointments.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and appointment setting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and approach for lead generation.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling or sales outreach.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Comfortable with reporting and CRM tools for tracking outreach and follow-up.
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English. (Having a mild educated Indian accent at most.)
