The Telecom OSS Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable Operations Support Systems for telecommunications networks. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define system architectures, and ensure the successful deployment of OSS solutions.
Key Skills:
- 11+ years experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting
- 2+ years experience in Telco clients with OSS business knowledge
- Hands on experience in ITIL and TMF Business Framework (eTOM), TMF Application Framework (TAM) and TMF Information Framework (SID)
- Specializing in the areas of SDN, NFV, VNF, MANO, SD-WAN, Telecom OSS CRM, Service Fulfilment, Service Orchestration & Activation, Inventory, Service Assurance and Billing on telecom products pertaining to SD-WAN, iWAN, MPLS, Internet VPN, Broadband and Mobility
- Act as a Primary customer interface and bridge the offshore team with customer and meet customer expectations.
- Capturing business requirements, analysis, solutioning and support bidding process in RFI/RFP
- Provide technical sales support in bidding lifecycle through documentation, estimation, presentations etc.
- Effectively performed in Business Analyst and Lead Solution Designer roles for ramp up of projects with complete ownership as per core business objectives
