Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant at Infidocs Technologies in Pune. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Oracle HCM functional consulting, providing expertise in human capital management processes, and implementing Oracle solutions to meet client requirements.
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Payroll, ensuring compliance with Indian or US payroll regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM system configurations.
- Lead and participate in functional workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of the HCM system.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules, primarily Payroll, and at least one other module such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, or Benefits.
- Perform testing, data validation, and system upgrades as required.
- Train end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities and ensure proper documentation of all processes.
- Work closely with technical teams for any customizations, interfaces, or integrations required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Payroll.
- Strong expertise in Indian or US Payroll.
- Experience with one additional Oracle HCM module (e.g., Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, or Benefits).
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR and payroll.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work onsite from our Pune office.
