ROLE: Oracle EBS HCM/HRMS Technical Consultant
LOCATION: Remote
DURATION: 6+ months Contract, extendable
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM Techno-functional Consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and other related modules. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and functional knowledge in Oracle HCM modules to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients human capital management needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project objectives.
Configure, customize, and support Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and other modules as required.
Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and other related functionalities.
Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions using tools such as BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formula, etc.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct feasibility analysis, impact assessments, and provide recommendations for enhancements or improvements in Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM applications.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operation and performance.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, test scripts, and user guides.
Requirements:
6-8 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle eBusiness (EBS)
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Developer Tools 10g and above (e.g. Forms, Reports).
Should have work experience in RICEW components in Oracle HRMS/Payroll/SSHR.
Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL programming and Proficient in performance tuning.
Hands-on experience in Oracle Interfaces/Conversions and APIs in Oracle HRMS/Payroll.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow customization and development.
Hands-on experience with Web ADI
Hands-on experience in OAF development and personalization. Good understanding of EO, VO, CO, AM and OAF Pages using J-developer along with Java coding.
Hands-on experience in building Oracle Forms and Form Personalization.
Proficient in building custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher(XML) & Oracle Reports.
Solid understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12.1.3 and above) table structures, views, AOL concepts.
Techno-Functional experience in at least 3-4 modules (HRMS) is mandatory.
