Oracle Consultant (HCM, SCM, Technical, Cloud Integration)

Job Description:

Exalogic Consulting is seeking skilled Oracle Consultants to join our team for an exciting project. We have 8 positions to fill: 2 for Oracle Fusion HCM, 2 for SCM, 2 for Fusion Technical, and 2 for Cloud Integration. This is a full-time position, initially based in the UAE for 2 months, after which you will have the flexibility to work from our Bangalore office or remotely. We need candidates who can join us on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to implement Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, and Technical areas to optimize solutions.
• Engage in Oracle Cloud Integration initiatives to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.

Qualifications:

• Required 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies.
• Proven experience in any of the following areas:
• Oracle Fusion HCM
• Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management)
• Oracle Fusion Technical
• Oracle Cloud Integration
• Must have completed at least 2 to 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Good to have Oracle Fusion certification.
• Experience in the Rail domain is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
