Looking for the immediate JOINER As an Operations Executive focusing on Order Management and Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, efficient order processing, and exceptional customer service. This multifaceted position requires a blend of organizational skills, communication prowess, and a keen eye for detail to manage orders effectively and address customer queries promptly.
Order Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow, from order placement to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and sales to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Implement strategies to optimize order processing efficiency and minimize errors.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, discrepancies, and concerns.
- Address customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and courteous assistance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, striving to exceed their expectations and enhance satisfaction levels.
