We are seeking a dynamic and proactiveOperations Executiveto join our team. The primary focus of this role will be tofoster relationships with healthcare providers, execute offline marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination of patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Duration:6 days a week (including weekends)
- Week Off:Rotational week off during Weekdays
- Location:Indiranagar, Bangalore (work from clinic)
- Salary Range:15-20k / month
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Liaise with patients and healthcare providers to schedule consultations, counselling sessions, and tests. Ensure timely communication of next steps in patient care using various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient queries promptly and courteously, ensuring the best possible experience for our patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Building Referral Network: Develop and nurture relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other relevant businesses to increase referrals to the assigned clinic.
- Executing Offline Marketing Activities: Plan and implement offline marketing strategies to promote the clinic, including but not limited to events, seminars, and outreach programs as and when required.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits to promote the clinic and build partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or operations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software programs.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
