Open position for Inside sales

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The role is based in India and requires a deep understanding of the Indian job market. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing leads, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Nurture existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and customers.
• Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications
