We are seeking an experienced and skilledOdoo Developer/Consultant/techno functional/to join our team. As an Odoo Developer, you will play a crucial role in customizing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions to meet the specific requirements of our organization. Your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of business operations will be key to success in this role.

Job Position: Odoo (developer/Functional/Techno functional/consultant)

Experience - 2 Years to 10 Years

Job Location: Bangalore and Chennai

Job Description:

Knowledge in Odoo core modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, Inventory, Manufacturing and Accounting(Basics in accounting) modules).

Experience in Odoo Template/Theme Creation/Javascript capabilities.

Good Knowledge in ORM methods, Python, XML, and Js/Jquery (Knowledge in JS is added advantage).

Knowledge of API integrations.

Knowledge in Qweb and Excel Reports.

Use of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL.

Odoo Enterprise version knowledge is an advantage

Good communication skills.

Flexible to work on multiple challenging projects

Good in Odoo programming

Good in communication

Preferred:

With hands-on experience in E-commerce/ B2B/ B2C platform or Product based organization.

Since it's an On-going project, we need Immediate Joiners or Max 2 weeks notice.

Work Experience:

Have a total development experience of 2 to 10 years as Odoo ERP developer

Excellent knowledge in different stacks - Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML,CSS, XML etc- Min 2 Years

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Customization: Tailor Odoo to meet unique client needs. Modify existing modules and create new ones.
• Integration: Link Odoo with other critical systems (CRM, e-commerce, accounting).
• Module Development: Create specialized modules beyond standard Odoo features.
• Data Migration: Ensure seamless data transfer during transitions.
• Efficiency Optimization: Continuously enhance Odoo's performance.
• Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and empower end-users.

Core Responsibilities:

Design and develop Odoo module (new module development, customization etc.).

Manage backend databases.

Handle Change requests of already developed application modules.

Act as super-admin for the ERP solution and Android app.
