1.Odoo Software Developer:

What do we look for

What do we look for

This position is bothcreative and rigorousby nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a get it done spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities:

• Project / Assignment Management Skill
• Organize and follow up on Odoo implementations
• Analyse customer needs
• Help with the configuration of the software
• Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)
• Make recommendations for or create features based on Indian accounting standards (which aren't already there in the product)

Must Have:

• CA / Inter CA Qualification
• Ability to understand business processes
• Problem solver, Solution-oriented
• Well versed with Indirect Tax and Accounting as Standards
• Previous experience working with all forms of financial accounts within an organization

3.Odoo Implementation Consultant:

What do we look for

As an Implementation Consultant, you will implement Odoo. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software. Therefore, you will analyze their needs and deliver personal training sessions and provide support. Basically, you'll be responsible to deliver the best management solution to your customers!

As an Implementation Consultant, you will support the growth of our partner network. You will help & coach our partners, from all around the world, to implement their customers projects and to become Odoo Experts.

We want our team to be able to implement Odoo to different sectors and business areas. To achieve it, bringing people having a few years of experience of implementation in domain like manufacturing, accounting and finance, supply chain management and E commerce is necessary as well as an important for your application.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions
• Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
• Negotiate the required resources
• Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)
• Take part in the first line support
• Support the sales team during pre-sale.

4.Odoo Business Development:

What do we look for

Join our dynamic team of Direct Sales and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills toacquire new clients. As Business Development Executive, you will engage withSME'sand advise them on the best solutionto adopt for their business.

Concretely, you will be in charge forthe whole Sales cycle, from leads to closing, including customers on-boarding.

What will you do

• Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify the potential clients
• Analyse and understand the customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points
• Present the CRM software by providing tailored demonstration according to the customers needs
• Provide customised quotes and negotiate conditions of the contract
