We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist who will take charge of implementing Odoo ERP solutions for our clients and ensuring their needs and requirements are effectively met. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Odoo, project management skills, and exceptional client relationship management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Odoo Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for clients, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to post-implementation support.
Analyze client requirements and business processes to customize Odoo modules and configurations accordingly.
Configure, test, and deploy Odoo modules, including but not limited to CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, HR, and manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and consultants to deliver comprehensive Odoo solutions that align with client objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the Odoo implementation process, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Odoo modules or services based on client requirements and business objectives.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality Odoo solutions that meet or exceed expectations, while adhering to agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
Training and Support:
Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients key stakeholders on how to effectively use and administer Odoo applications.
Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to client's post-implementation, resolving any issues or queries in a timely manner.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Odoo systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments, features, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and efficiency of implementations.
Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in our Odoo implementation processes, tools, and methodologies.
Actively contribute to the development of reusable templates, tools, and workflows to streamline future implementations and optimize client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong technical proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules using Python, XML, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
Certification in Odoo implementation or related fields is a plus.
Prior experience in client-facing roles such as consulting or account management is preferred.
