Job Title: Membership Coordinator
Location: Office Based in Mumbai (Times Square Building, Andheri Kurla Road)
Shift Timing: Between 09:00 AM IST to 10:30 PM IST, however, the total duration of a shift will be 09 hours.
Reporting to: Membership and Customer Service Manager
Employment: Full-time/Permanent

We are looking to recruit a Membership Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. The primary focus of this position is to support the delivery of our membership subscription via our annual retention, acquisition and engagement strategy which aims to improve engagement between the British Safety Council and its network of members. If you have experience in processing membership applications (new members) including setting up subscriptions accurately then this role is for you.
The ideal candidate will have:
