Job Description:
In your role of a Service Administrator, you will be essential to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and ensuring the effective provision of services. Coordinating service requests, communicating with clients and service teams, and maintaining service standards will be your main responsibilities.
This position requires a professional who is well-organized, meticulous, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to offering excellent customer service.
Duties and responsibilities:
Gather, record, and rank client service requests; make sure they are promptly assigned to the right teams; and keep an eye on developments to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for client questions, answering them politely and promptly. You should also keep clients updated on the progress of their requests and take proactive measures to resolve any issues that may arise.
Generate documentation and reports for analysis and legal requirements.
Determine what needs to be improved and help to improve the process.
Requirements and qualifications:
Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree in customer service, business administration, or a similar field.
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or service coordination capacity, preferably in a client-focused setting.
Experience with CRM programs, office productivity tools (like Microsoft Office), and service management software.
A dedication to providing top-notch service and upholding favorable client relations.
