Material designer

  • Design and validate material solutions aligned with product and process requirements.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of materials.

  • Conduct testing, analysis, and benchmarking to optimize material performance and cost.

  • Lead or contribute to technical projects at local and global levels.

  • Document and share results through reports, technical notes, and databases, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Profile Sought:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.

  • Initial experience (internship, project, or professional) in R&D for materials, composites, or polymers.

  • Leadership, communication, organizational

  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
