Marketing Specialist Remote /New Delhi
7 -10 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities include:
- Draft, edit and proofread content for marketing materials including videos, sales flyers, internal trainings and company newsletters.
- Collaborate on marketing materials, such as blog posts, articles and company recognition program.
- Work with Delivery Team to prepare and finalize content for client presentations.
- Support social media initiatives including company LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram.
- Help maintain and grow company presence on job/employment websites.
- Assist in the coordination, planning and execution of company participation at in person and virtual events.
- Handle the renewal process of all certifications verifying company's diverse ownership status.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- MBA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- The candidate should be comfortable working in Night Shift (8.00 pm-5.00 am IST).
