Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Representative for Inside Sales & Field Sales at Fincana Solutions in Kanpur. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for a range of marketing activities, including generating leads, conducting market research, developing marketing campaigns, and managing client relationships. You will also be involved in sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with potential customers. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our internet services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and service offerings.
Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the sale.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Field Sales:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate our internet solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our services.
Marketing Support:
Assist in developing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation.
Provide feedback from the field to assist in refining marketing strategies and improving customer engagement.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of internet services and technology trends is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
