Oversee and maintain our marketing automation systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, and
ZoomInfo.
Execute and refine marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate
marketing performance.
Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns effectively.
Develop/manage a lead/account scoring model to improve lead quality.
Manage the integration between marketing automation systems and other essential tools,
including CRM platforms.
Establish and implement best practices for data management and hygiene.
Serve as a liaison to sales operations, finance, and other business ops functions.
Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Identify and implement improvements in marketing automation processes and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Proven expertise in working with marketing automation tools, including Marketo, Salesforce,
and ZoomInfo.
Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketing data.
Strong project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
