Marketing Operations Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive who will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns to reach the target audience - on various digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute, and track email campaigns, social media marketing (including LinkedIn postings, direct messaging, etc.), online event marketing and experiential marketing campaigns.

- Manage Jombay's social media handles and calendarize events/posting

- Use marketing tools for lead management, email sending and tracking, WhatsApp and SMS, etc.

- Manage, track and create reports from CRM, and other marketing tools

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns

- Manage the marketing database end to end

Key Expectations:

- Excellent excel skills

- Surgical attention to detail (grammar, spelling, punctuation)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking

- Can work hard and is agile & efficient at getting things done

- Tons of common sense

- Adapt to a fast-paced, challenging environment

- Think creatively and innovatively

- Experience in managing marketing database, email and social media campaigns will be good to have
