We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. They will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services

Develop and manage marketing budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and branding

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with market research and analysis
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns
