About The Role

The Marketing Specialist will design, develop, and implement marketing programs and Go-to Market (GTM) strategies. They will use various marketing channels and media to launch the in-market GTM, collaborating with market planning, portfolio marketing, sales and regional teams. This role requires an experienced practitioner with in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills. The candidate will drive the Specialists & Services Proposition for the APAC regional marketing team, while maintain marketing plans, understanding buyer needs, and aiding in implementing demand creation programs. The role entails ownership in building a marketing mix across multiple channels events, webinars, social media, email campaigns etc, to manage commercial growth and operations to ensure efficiency and agreed results are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Using marketing/CRM/social media platforms and tools to deliver campaigns. Learn to write and optimize copy for regional marketing campaigns
  • Learning to brief various agencies on digital & design projects to support regional marketing team campaigns
  • Providing assistance in terms of messaging for the Specialists & Services Proposition in events. Ensure our brand is represented professionally, arranging for branded banners, marketing materials, brochures, etc.
  • Managing all invoicing, purchasing, contracts and budget tracking for the assigned portfolios.
  • Managing APAC regional marketing database repository across the Specialists & Services Propositions. The key metric will be data acquisition based on key target personas and existing database cleansing for the assigned portfolios.
  • Measuring and analyze commercial impact of marketing programs on sales and brand. Produce data driven insights, reports and campaign dashboards. Analyze market trends and competitor analysis to recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Requirements

  • Handling portfolio, regional marketing and operational elements.
  • Experience of launching new offerings or products into the market, industry understanding of the fintech, payments or IT services domain will be advantageous.
  • Have good communication & presentation skills. Bi-lingual language experience is not must but a value addition.
  • Have exceptional marketing and communication skills. Adept at managing conflicting priorities and objectives. Able to calmly manage crisis, escalating issues as necessary to manager.
