The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing insights with proactive sales tactics to build relationships, expand our project portfolio, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to acquire new projects and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue potential project opportunities by researching industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Engage with prospective clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, present tailored solutions, and drive project acquisition.
- Develop and manage proposals, pitches, and presentations that effectively communicate Aceolution's value and capabilities to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project acquisition efforts with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of project leads, tracking progress through all stages of the acquisition process.
- Drive digital and content marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility in target markets and attract project opportunities.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve project acquisition and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and project acquisition, ideally within the tech, consulting, or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of securing high-value projects and managing end-to-end project acquisition processes.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management, digital marketing, and project proposal development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, client requirements, and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools to effectively manage leads and monitor acquisition progress.
