Job Description: Marketing Intern (Outbound Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Reach-Outs:
- Assist in crafting and executing personalized email campaigns to generate leads and nurture relationships. Ensure timely follow-ups and track responses.
- LinkedIn Outreach:
- Engage in connection requests, messaging, and consistent follow-ups with potential leads on LinkedIn. Craft concise, value-driven outreach messages.
- Nudging Prospects:
- Follow up with prospects across various platforms, nudging them towards action in a professional and persuasive manner, without being pushy.
- Cold Calling:
- Support the sales and marketing teams by initiating outbound cold calls, following scripts, and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to qualify leads.
- Outbound Marketing Content Crafting:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outbound messaging, including emails, LinkedIn posts, and cold call scripts, that align with our brand voice and target audience.
- Data Management:
- Assist in maintaining databases of prospects, tracking interactions, and updating contact details to ensure accurate reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in outbound marketing, sales, and lead generation.
- Fundamentals of Marketing which includes an understanding of Ideal customer profile (ICP), market trends, funnel, crafting messaging with logic & tone, value proposition, etc.)
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing tools.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with cold calling and email automation tools is a plus.
