Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, target, and qualify potential customers through outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, and lead nurturing.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Customer Demos & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, addressing their business challenges and proposing solutions.
- Proposal Preparation & Negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty, upsell services, and manage renewals.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Provide customer feedback to product teams to influence product enhancements and ensure customer needs are met.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, social media, and events.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Collaborate on creating SEO-optimized content to increase organic traffic and drive lead generation.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation tools to convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Brand Development: Help build the company's brand by ensuring all marketing materials align with the company's vision and messaging.
- Reporting & Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities using data analytics and KPIs to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales or marketing within the SaaS industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Understanding of customer experience and journey mapping.
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and subscription-based sales.
