- To manage entire sales operations of multiple Residential Commercial Projects through channel partners direct sales.
Qualification and Experience:
- Preferably MBA with min 3 yrs experience or Graduate with minimum 5 yrs having e xperience in Sales, Marketing, Banking and CRM from Real Estate/ Property, Hospitality, and Retail or any Industry
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of Real Estate Product Sales and Revenue Generation Options.
- Good Knowledge of Real Estate Market and emerging trends.
- Good Marketing Intelligence and Networking.
- Business Acumen and PL Understanding.
- Knowledge of Real Estate terms and calculations of area.
- Candidate should be presentable, well spoken with Excellent Personality.
- Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Maintain and Develop relationship with Channel Partners to grow the business.
- Activate all other channels as per company requirement to build on the network there to increase business.
- Maintain the required no of calls and markets visits as required from time to time.
- Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market.
- Build in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
- Follow all systems and processes rigoursly as defined in company norms.
- Diligent administration of all Channel partner invoices, claims and settlements.
- Ensure happy customers to increase cross sell.
- Take initiatives to meet sales targets.
- Facilitate a smooth customer on boarding process and enrich experience.
- Maintain Good client follow up and increase buying conversion rate.
