Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
2 years of experience in people management.
Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to model and coach business behaviors including executive engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and promotions.
Ability to grow in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to drive and innovate product completion.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and investigative skills.
Proven track record of leading high performing sales teams; working to quarterly business and product goals.

Responsibilities
Recruit, retain and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team.
Deliver against business and product targets, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small business in an assigned market.
Analyze data trends, and client performance with your team to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
Coach business behaviors including executive engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
Deliver complex advertising solutions with the help of your team and create a culture of business innovation and advertiser success on the team.
