Job Overview
Azuro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Customer Relation to join our team. As the Manager - Customer Relation, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
