Job Overview:
As a Management Associate at N360 Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and organizational success through strategic planning, business development, and performance management. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement business development strategies, identify new opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will support the management team in strategic decision-making, goal setting, and performance tracking to
ensure alignment with N360 Systems objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze potential business opportunities in disaster resilience, climate adaptation, sustainable development, and emerging technology sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their
needs and promote N360 Systems services and solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, attract new clients, and expand N360
Systems market presence.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients, highlighting N360
Systems capabilities and value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet
client requirements and address market trends.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market niches.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand N360 Systems
professional network and visibility.
Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and success stories to
showcase N360 Systems expertise and track record.
Assist in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and project scoping activities to ensure successful deal closure and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and
key performance indicators to management.
Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing logistics for events, and managing correspondence, ensuring smooth project operations.
Additional responsibilities:
Support the management team in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance tracking
to drive organizational growth and success.
Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies, tactics,
and initiatives aligned with N360 Systems objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive threats.
Coordinate internal resources and external partners to execute business development plans
and achieve targets.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on business development
activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business
development efforts with other organizational functions.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to
enhance knowledge and skills in business development and management.
Act as a brand ambassador for N360 Systems, representing the organization at industry events,
conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, international relations,
or related field.
0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field (fresh
graduates interested in working with other leading consultancies are encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on
business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM softwares is a plus.
