Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Sales professional with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients and providing them with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

> To direct sell to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).

> To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are

attended and revenue is generated

> To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved

> To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead

Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in life insurance sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of different types of life insurance policies and their benefits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
