What you'll do:
Lead and build a team of high performance BDRs who are consistently building a warm pipeline for AEs to close
Identify intent signals and create outreach strategies for pipeline creation
Work with marketing team to understand trends and craft outreach execution strategy
Act as feedback mechanism for marketing team to better target and run with better messaging
Manage, train & monitor performance of the BDR team
Oversee the creation of personalized video content and manage cold calling strategies.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Quickly understand and implement new concepts and strategies.
Drive creative initiatives for engaging prospects and boosting SQLs
Cultivate conversations with potential clients, turning interactions into meaningful product discussions.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Leverage CRM systems effectively, with bonus points for hands-on CRM experience.

Extensive experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in sales development or related roles.
Proven success in developing and executing lead generation and segmentation strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales enablement systems and leveraging them to drive sales.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, including personalized video and cold emails.
Strong track record in managing cold calling strategies and driving prospect engagement.

Develop a deep understanding of our product and target customer base.
Establish a solid playbook for prospecting, lead segmentation and outreach based on our defined parameters.
Begin crafting and implementing effective outbound sales strategies
Start building rapport with potential clients and lead qualification calls.
Integrate with the team and understand the cultural nuances of our target markets (UK & US).
You'd have generated a healthy pipeline and a clear idea of what you need to do to 3x the pipeline in next 3 quarters.

Consistently achieve high activity levels in prospecting, email communication, calls, and qualified demos.
