Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist / Telesales Executive with strong cold calling experience and excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada. The ideal candidate will be adept at using laptops and various software tools for lead generation, including scraping and managing leads.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients across different industries to introduce Syblix's web design services.
- Engage and communicate effectively with prospects in Hindi, English, and Kannada to understand their needs and pitch suitable solutions.
Use lead generation software and tools to scrape, organize, and manage potential leads.- Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with interested prospects for the sales team.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and Syblix's service portfolio.
Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation, with a track record of success.- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
Proficient in using a laptop and familiar with lead generation tools and software (e.g., CRM, lead scraping tools).
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and handle objections effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.- Goal-oriented and driven by achieving and surpassing targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
