The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving new business opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to years of experience in lead generation and possess the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing lead generation strategies
• Researching and identifying potential clients
• Contacting and qualifying leads through email, phone, and social media
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful lead handoff
• Tracking and reporting on lead generation activities and results
• Continuously improving lead generation processes and strategies

Skills and Qualifications

• 0.5-3 years of experience in lead generation
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
• Familiarity with the job market context of India
• PUC or 12th Standard completed
