Job Description
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role will be expected to research and target potential clients and generate leads while nurturing relationships with prospects. Working with the Sales Team analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
Your Mission
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs through:
Outbound calls
LinkedIn
Social Media
Email
Networks
Client referrals
Lead qualifying and coordinating appointments with the sales team
Researching and mapping out target companies and individuals to personalize outreach and identify relevant decision makes.
Maintaining and documenting leads.
Collaborating closely with the Manager to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Maintaining a high level of activity through consistent outreach and follow-up efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation and qualification.
What You Bring to the Table
Lead Generation and appointment setting experience
You have previous experience in a similar outbound sales role in a high-volume environment.
You are proficient in a CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
You are a relationship builder and have the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers quickly.
You are coachable and eager to learn from experienced mentors.
You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent work experience in a sales environment
1-year minimum proven experience as an Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist with international clients (B2B)
Bilingual French/English is an asset
Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone etiquette.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
Proven technical ability with CRMs (customer relationship management) and Microsoft suite.
Additional Information:
This position is a remote position working for our head office in Ontario Canada.
You will need very stable home internet connection.
