Role Business Manager -
Life/Health/Motor Insurance
The selected candidate will extensively interact and drive business through our Insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, providing support and resolving issues
Assist agents in achieving sales targets and develop strategies to enhance engagement and performance
Provide agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and track performance metrics
Maintain records of interactions and performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Desired Candidate
Education - 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in Life/Motor/Health insurance sales is mandatory
Strong communication, organizational, and CRM
Skills. Working Days: Monday to Saturday Added
