Position Summary
We are looking for talented Lead Business Analyst to work within the Client Services team, ensuring that we deliver software that meets the business requirements of our customers and vision of our organization. This position will be in our Pune Office for US time shift .

In this role candidate will:
- Work with our customers to understand their business process and help understand Nimble application to clients.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in the form of User Stories and client business process .
- Help c ustomers and internal team throughout the Implementation process like discoveries, b uild and UAT phase.
- Having better understanding on scope of the project
- Clarity in the communication , communicating proactively and promptly to every stakeholder on the project
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- Work Individually or Collaborate with team members to make the project successful .
- Provide customer feedback to project manager and keep project manager updated on any deviation in scope, budget and timeline.
- Provide excellent customer service through a friendly yet empathetic tone, proactive and timely responses to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Review and suggest improvements to the business Analysis processes.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or relevant Engineering degree.
- 8 + years of experience as Business Analyst
- U nderstanding of Salesforce.com platform w.r.t Platform administration, Data Management, Integration, Security .
- Ability to identify and implement opportunities for business improvement
- Must have experience working on large scale or multiple projects .
- Strong understanding on the project management .
- Proficient in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management, and user creation, reports and Dashboard management, Data load
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring the platforms effective use.
- Conforming to Software Development Life Cycle processes and Salesforce configuration best practices during implementation
- Good Communication skills - Verbal and Written. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and c lients to coordinate & meet deliverable .
- Certifications: Nice to have
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Salesforce App Builder Certified.
- CBAP or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Willingness to work in US time Shift - 4:30 PM to 1 :30 AM (Remotely)
