Job Overview
The
Business Analyst is responsible for managing and validating data used in marketing campaigns, and coordinating across technical, analytics, and business teams. The role involves working with on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring data accuracy and smooth campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Oversee data handling in relational databases (on-prem and cloud) with a focus on Oracle SQL and SAS.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration for marketing campaigns.
- Process Improvement: Refine data handling processes and ensure secure file transfers using SFTP, S3, etc.
- Reporting: Document workflows and generate campaign performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience data management for marketing campaigns, with basic Oracle SQL, SAS, and cloud environments knowledge
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with secure file transfers, relational databases, and managing data across platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and production.
