We are seeking a highly skilled Kubernetes Engineer Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Kubernetes Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Kubernetes infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the stability, reliability, and scalability of our Kubernetes clusters across different environments. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in Kubernetes, and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across development, testing, and production environments.

Lead a team of Kubernetes engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure Kubernetes best practices are followed.

Develop tools and automation scripts to streamline deployment and operations tasks.

Monitor the performance and capacity of Kubernetes clusters, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.

Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity of Kubernetes environments.

Stay updated with the latest Kubernetes releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or software development.

Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.

Strong leadership skills with proven experience leading teams of engineers.

Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts related to Kubernetes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Kubernetes certification (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer).

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, containerd, etc.).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
